Ingredients:
-3 pieces of Salmon steak
-2 limes
-Rosemary — a couple of sticks.
-Salt, peper — to taste.
-Greaseproof paper — optional.
Instruction:
-Wash and dry fish. Spread all sides of fish with salt.
-Roll up into greaseproof paper making a boat. This stage is optional. But the fish will be juicy if you roll it up in the paper.
-Season with black peper, place rosemary and cut lime.
-Bake for 30 min, at 200C
Stuffed sweet pepers
Ingredients:
-Forcemeat — 600g
-4 middle or 6 small sweet peper
-Rice — 2 tbsp
-1 carrot
-1 onion
-1 tomato
-Sour cream — 2 tbsp
-Tomato paste — 2 tbsp
-Herbs — to taste.
-Salt, peper — to taste.
Instruction:
-Mix up forcemeat with onion, rice, salt and black peper.
-Remouve tops of peper, clean and stuff witn forcemeat.
-Put stuffed peper to a pot.
-Pour 1 l water in anothet pot and add sour cream and tomato paste. Season with black peper and salt.
-Chop onion , carrot, tomato. Mix all up with sauce.
-Pour stuffed peper with sauce. If you feel that it is not enough, add water.
-Simmer for 40 min.
Ready.

Quiche lorraine
Ingredients:
Filling;
*2 pieces of chicken ( approx 250g)
*Mushrooms — 400g
*Creame — 400g (milk 200g and creame 200g)
*Cheese — 150g
*Herbs, salt, peper — to taste.
*Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
*Dough
*All-purpose flour — 250g
*Sour cream — 100g
*Butter — 100g
*1 egg
*Pinch of salt.
Instruction:
*Mix sour cream and butter.
*Sif flour with salt, add to dough and add egg.
*Make dough untill elastic condition. Dough should not stick in fingers
*Cover dough with food wrap and put to a fridge.
*Cut chicken and mushrooms and fry untill the golden brown.
*Mix cream with spices and one part of cheese.
*Roll out the dough, put to a baking pan and make holes by fork. I don’t roll put the dough, I place dough into baking pan by my hands.
*Place filling, sprinkle with herbs.
*Pour sauce.
*Sprinkle with the rest part of cheese.
*Bake for 35-40 min, 180C. It tool 45 min in my oven. It depends on youy type of oven.

Сhicken wings with honey crust and soy sauce
Ingredients:
-Chicken wings — 1 kg
-Soy sauce — optional
-1 tbsp honey
-Spices (salt, black peper, red peper, paprika) — to taste.
Instruction:
-Remove phalange of wings.
-Cut wings into 2 parts and season with salt, peper. Add any type of hot spices. I love adding paprika.
-Fry each side of wings untill golden brown for 7-10 min.
-Pour sauce of each piece and fry for 5 min.
-Turn pieces and pour sauce once again and fry for 5 min.
-Once sauce is frothing up, add honey and mix up. Honey crystallizes for a couple of min.
Enjoy! Add sesame.
Tortilla roll
Ingredients:
-Cheese — 150-200g
-Chicken forcemeat — 400g
-Mayonnaise, sour cream, Greek yogurt — to taste.
-Herbs, salt, spices (khmeli-suneli, black peper, etc) — to taste.
-1 egg
-Sesame — for decoration.
Instruction:
-1at layer — Spread 1st tortilla with mayonnaise and place cheese.
-2nd layer — Spread 2nd tortilla with mayonnaise and place forcemeat, spices and herbs.
-Roll them up, spread the top of roll with egg and sprinkle with cesame.
-Bake for 40 min, at 180C.
Potato zrazy (like small potatoes pies with forcemeat)
Ingredients:
-Forcemeat — 300g
-Mashed potatoes — 800g
-1 big onion
-Mushrooms — 350g
-1 Egg yolk
-Flour — 3 tbsp for mashed potatoes
-Pinch of flour for sauce.
-Butter — 50g
-Cream 10-20% — 200g
-Salt, herbs, spices — to taste.
Instruction:
1.Make a mashed potatoes (salt — to taste). Add butter, egg yolk and flour. Mix all up.
2.Fry 1/2 big onion for 5 min. If you have smal onion, fry the whole onion.
3.Add forcemeat and simmer for 15 min. Salt and black peper.
4.Making zrazy: make a potato tortilla, put filling from forcemeat in the middle of tortilla and join the edges of tortilla.
Life hack — do it of wet hands.»
5.Roll zrary in flour and fry each side for 7 min.
6.Making sauce: fry the rest part of big onion.
7.Add mushrooms and fry for 15 min
8.Add cream and pinch of flour. Add salt, peper and spices. Simmer for 3 min.
P.S. It is better to cook fresh sauce for each serve. If you do not want to do it you shoud increase sauce ingredients in 2 times.

Millet porridge (pudding)
Ingredients:
-Millet porridge — 1 glass (220g)
-Butter — 180 g (82,5% fat)
-Milk — 2 glasses (220g)
-Salt to taste.
Instruction:
1.Wash the grain and pour to the milk in the grain. Put on th emiddle heat and bring to hot.
2.As you can see water-gas, add butter. Put on a low heat and simmer.
3.Simmer untill thick condition (pudding condition).
4.Mix and take off . Put to the oven for 2,5 hours at 110C.
5.If you don’t have a pot you can use baking pan. Put the pudding into baaking pan and cover with alu foil.
6.In the end increase up to 130C for 15 min then — increase up tp 150C for 15 min ( for the making of brown gold).
7.In any case in depends on the type of youe oven.

Burger in a tortilla
Ingredients:
*1-2 Tortilla
*Forcemeat — 300g
*1 middle or smal onion
*Мayonnaise or cream cheese (to taste). I don’t add it.
*Cheddar cheese — 200g
*Cream 10% — 200g
*Butter — 50g
*Flour — 1-2 flat tbsp.
*Tomatom, cucumber, lettuce leaves — to taste.
*Salt, black paper, spices — to taste.
Instruction:
1.Fry forcemeat untill done, season with salt and black peper.
2.Cut vegetables.
3.Make a sauce: melt butter, add flour, cream and Cheddar cheese (leave a bit cheese for decoration). Season with salt and black peper.
4.Building the burger:
5.Torlilla + forcemeat
6.Cheese sauce
7.Tortilla+vegetables.
8.The rest part of cheese.
9.Cover with other tortilla and fix the burger.
10.Toast on a pan with each side.
Chachochbili
Ingredients:
*Chicken — legs, chicken quarter, chicken fillet
*You can take the whole chicken — 1 kg
*Tomato juice — 1l
*1 onion
*1 carrot
*2 cloves of garlic (to taste)
*Herbs to taste (coriander, parsley, spring onion)
Instructions:
1,Fry pieced of chicken in a pot for 2 min.
2,Pour tomato juice. Juice should cover the chicken.
3,Cut onion and carrot, fry it and put on the chicken. Boil untill done. Add spices and dry adjika sauce.
4,In the end add garlic and herbs. Simmer for 5 min.
Attention! It is better not to hurry up and simmer Chachochbili just a little more.
Fish soup with salmon
Ingredients:
*1-2 Filet, steak, fisn ends of cuts: salmon, atlantic salmon, trout.
*1 middle onion
*1 carrot
*4 potatoes
*Bay leaf
*Basmati rice
*2,5 l water
Instructions:
1.Boil the fish with onion (not cutted) on low heat for 40 min. Add bay leaf (optional) and peper. Cut vegetables.
2.Take off the fish and onion, sift the soup stock.
3.Put the soup stock on a stove and add vegetables. Boil for 25 min.
4.Add rice after 10 min.
5.Take out fish bones, add to soup when the vegetables are ready. Next — add herbs, bring to boil and switch off the heat.
6.Leave for 25-30 min before serve.
