Instruction:
- Beat egg whites and sugar until it froths up. The quolity of sponge cake will be depend on beaten egg whites. First we beat egg whites untill frothing up, then we add sugar gradully and continue to beat.
- Mix all other wet ingredients in the bowl intill smooth. If you want to make chocolate, honey etc type of sponge cake you need to do it on this stage. In this case we add dark chocolate. Dark chocolate should be melt in advance on waterbath.
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- Add batter into egg whites, flour and carefully, but quick mix.
- «Pour into baking pan. Bake for 30-40 min at 180C. Depending of your oven.
