Ingredients for Cesar with garlic sause and herbs:
For the salad:
*Chicken breast — 300g
*11 Cherry tomatoes
*Salad Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce — 5-6 sheets
*Parmesan cheese — to taste (20-40g).
For the croutons:
*Olive or sunflower oil — for frying.
*Butter — 30g
*Toast bread — 5 slices
*Seasoning (pepper, salt, garlic) — to taste.

*Mayonnaise — 200g
*Olive oil — 40g
*2-3 cloves if garlic.

*Seasoning — to taste. I use pinch of Caesar seasoning and black papper.
Instruction:
Dressing: blend all ingrediens up untill smooth . Add seasoning and blend up once again.
Croutons: Cut bread to cubes and fry on olive or sunflower oil, season with pepper, salt or Caesar condiment till the gold brown and add butter. Melt butter and put croutons into melted butter. Croutons should soak up all butter. Next stage — spread on dry bowl and close, but not hermetically.
Salad:
*Fry chicken on a pan untill golden brow. If you have a big piece of chicken its better to cut into piaces and fry. Using this way you will have white colour of chicken in the middle. Those cubes lookes better in the plate.
*Lettuce порвать and generously dressing.
*Place lettuce on the plate and chicken on top.
*Slice cherry and place above chicken.
*Season with dressing.
*Decorate cheese and croutons.

*Caesar seasoning — 1 wrappage.

*Caesar seasoning — 2/3 of wrappage
