- Cottage cheese (5-9% fat content) — 1 package or 180g
- Ricotta (I use Ricotta light) — 1 plastic jar or 200g
- Flour — 2 tbsp (I use cornflour)
- 1 egg
- Sugar — 1,5-2 tbsp or to taste and optional.
- Mix all ingrediens in a bowl.
- Make a cottage-cheese panckes
- Roll into flour and fry each side for 3-5 min in low heat.
- Ready!
