Sancho-Pancho cake with pineapple and walnuts

Торт Санчо-Панчо с ананасами в домашних условияхIngredients:

For the cake:
For 2 rings (18 sm)
*4 eggs,
*All-purpose flour — 160 g.
*baking powder — 1,5 tsp.
*Sugar — 150 g,
*Oil — 60g,
*Milk — 20g,
*Cocoa powder — 50g.

For the cream:
*Sour cream — (25-30% fat) — 900 g,
*Powdered sugar  — 200 g

Filling:
*Walnuts — 50 g
*Pineapple — 150 g

Decoration (frosting):
*Dark chocolate — 25-30g,

If you want you can add couple drops of oil. It makes chocolate more watery. I don’t use it because I like thick chocolate.

1. To beat up egg whites with sugar till  the hard conditon.
!The quality of cake is depend on beaten egg whiles.

2.All wet ingridien blend untill smooth.
3.To sift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
4.Put liquide to beaten egg whites, add flour. Carefully, but quick whisk.
5.Pour into mould. Bake for 30-40 min, 180 degrees.

Hard sause: To blend cold sour creame  and powdered sugar for 7 min.
7. Cut the pineapple. Nuts chop a bit.

Instructions for making a cake shape:
8.Sponge cake: Cut a bottom of one ring. It will be a base of our cake. The rest of sponge cake cut on cubes.
9.Put cubes to 2/3 crease and mix a little bit.
10.Put nuts and pineapple and mix again.
11.Soak sponge cake with water from pineapples or water with sugar.
12.Make a shape of cake as a mountain.
13.Top with sour creame.  Refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
14.Melt chocolate and top cake. You can add butter if you want to have the eeffect of glaze.

Decorate with nuts. Ready. Good job! Congratulations!
It is better to refrigerate the cake for a night.
