Ingridients:
- Green lentils — 200g
- Rice (Jasmine or Basmaty) — 0.5 cup (250g cup)
- Spices, 3 cloves of garlic, herb — to taste.
- 1 onion.
Instruction:
- Lentils should be soaked for 8 hours.
2 Boil rice.
- To blend lentils, onion and rice together.
- Add part of herbs to a blender, another part — cut and add to the mixture.
- Season with spices, salt and garlic.
- Mix well to combine.
- Fry for 2 min.
