
Chiken liver pate
Ingridients
- Chiken livers — 500 g.
- 2 or 3 onions, I use 2.
- 1or 2 carrots.
- Pepper, salt — to taste.
- Butter for pate — approx. 50-60 g.
- Butter for frying — optional.
Instruction:
- Fry carrots and onion on butter for 10 min.
- Add liver, cooking for 10 min (till the end…). Add salt, pepper — to taste.
- Chill up to the room temperature.
- Put all ingridients to blender, add soft butter and blender up untill smooth.
- Put to a fridge for stabilization.
